Open Question: Windows 7 with PS3 video or music streaming?

Ok i just bought a computer and found out that I could do streaming with my ps3 from my computer. But how do i actually get it to work? I am unable to get the ps3 to recognize the files it doesnt list any files at all.I am trying to exp it the best to my ability I hope u guys under stood what i am trying to say. please let me know how to get video streaming from my windows 7 to ps3 i am using all wireless. ps3 and desktop thank you...
